1st day.-After the breakfast transfer Huaraz – Vaquería (3850 m.) - Quebrada Paria (3810 m.) 

We walk for 3 hours until the mountain ravine of Paria (3810 m.). 

2nd day.- Quebrada Paria (3810 m.) - Punta Unión (4750 m.) - Taullipampa (4250 m.). 

Today we pass the Punta Unión (4750 m.) From this place we have a beautiful view to the mountains of the Cordillera Blanca. 

3rd day.- Taullipampa (4250 m.) Cb Alpamayo - Llamacorral (3760 m.). 

We pass through the lakes of Jatuncocha (3900 m.) and Ichiccocha (3850 m.) and enjoy the view to the summits of Quitaraju, ALPAMAYO, Pucahirca, Taullipampa, Artesonraju, Santa Cruz, etc. 

4th day.- Llamacorral (3760 m.). – Cashapampa – Huaraz – Hostal. 

We descend the mountain ravine of Santa Cruz (a walk about 3-4 hours).Transfer to Huaraz.

1st day. - Huaraz (3090m) – Caraz (2290m) – Cashapampa (2900m). 

Pick up at the hotel and transfer by private transport from Huaraz to the city of Yungay – Caraz. From here on until the village of Cashapampa we can enjoy the east side of the Cordillera Blanca. In Cashapampa, the donkey driver and his donkeys will be waiting for us to transport our trekking gear. From there we start the trek up until we reach our first camp Llamacorral (3760m).

(Elevation Change: +860m; Duration: approx. 4-5 hours). 

2nd day. - Llamacorral (3760m) – Base camp Alpamayo (4600m) – Taullipampa (4250m).

We will leave the camp Llamacorral and pass by the lakes Ichiccocha and Jatuncocha. On a zigzag path will go up until we arrive at the Ravine of Ayhuaycocha. We will head further to the base camp of Mount Alpamayo, where we can see a lake of ice that is named like the ravine. We will enjoy the view of the mountains Aguja, Santa Cruz, Pumapampa, Curuicachajana, Quitaraju, Alpamayo, Pucahirca, Rinrinjirca, Taullipampa, Artesonraju, Paria and Millishraju. While we will return by the same way to Camp Taullipampa (4250m), we will have a very nice view of Mount Taulliraju.

(Elevation Change: +490m; Duration: approx. 5-6 hours). 

3rd day.- Taullipampa (4250m) – Punta Unión (4750m) – Ravine Paria (3870m).

This day we will pass Punta Union (4750m), from where you have a breathtaking view of the Cordillera Blanca, as well as of the Ravine of Santa Cruz. We will observe the mountains Taulliraju, Rinrijircas, Pucahircas, Quitaraju, Santa Cruz, Artesonraju, Pyramid of Garcilaso, Paria and Millishraju. We will continue our trek to Camp Paria (3870m).

(Elevation Change: +500m; Duration: approx. 6-7 hours). 

4th day.- Ravine of de Paria (3870m) – Vaqueria (3850m) – Portachuelo de Llanganuco – Huaraz. 

We will hike along the Valley of Huaripampa and observe picturesque villages like Yurma, Huaripampa, Colcabamba. Furthermore we will have a spectacular view of Chacraraju. When we will arrive at the village Vaqueria, we will have a private bus drive back to Huaraz. We will first drive over the Portachuelo pass (4767 m), where we will have a great view of the Cordillera Blanca and the mountains Huascaran, Chopicalqui, Huandoy, Pisco, Chacraraju and Yanapaccha. Then we will descend until we arrive to lake Llanganuco. Passing by the town Yungay, we will be returned to Huaraz and to your hotel between 4-5 pm.

1st day.- Huaraz (3090m) – Caraz (2290m) – Cashapampa (2900m) – Llamacorral (3760m).

5th day.- Cebollapampa (3850m) – Lake 69 (4400m) – Yungay – Huaraz – Hotel.

From the camp at Cebollapampa we will hike up to Lake 69. After about 3 hours of walking we will arrive at Lake 69 and can appreciate this beautiful lake, that lies at the foot of Mount Chacraraju. After one hour enjoying this beautiful turquoise lake, we will return to the camp to take the bus back to Huaraz and to our hotel. We will be back in Huaraz at around 4-5 pm.

In this circuit we start from Huaraz to visit the villages of Unchus, Llupa and Pitec to head into the valley of Quilcayhuanca. There we can see some cave paintings before we will pass by the archaeological pre-Inca remains of Tambo Nuevo. We will appreciate the lakes of Cuchillacocha (4625 m) and Tullpacocha (4300 m). After climbing up the pass of 5020 m we will hike down to the Quilcayhuanca valley and return to Huaraz.

Itinerary:

1st day.- Huaraz (3100 m) – Llupa – Pitec – Quebrada Quilcayhuanca – Tambo Nuevo – Cayeshpampa Camp (4100 m).

2ndday.-  Cayeshpampa (4100 m) – Lakes Tullpacocha (4300 m) and Cuchillacocha (4625 m) – Pass of Huapi (5020 m) – Quebrada Cojup .

This day we will hike on a path that goes up to Cuchillacocha Lake (4625 m), that lies at the foot of Mount Pucaranra (6156 m) and Chinchey (6222 m). Then we will continue to climb up to Huapi Pass (5020 m). It will take us about 5 hours to arrive at this highest point of the circuit. From here we will have a great view of the mountains Huapi, Pucaranra, Tullparaju, Andavete, Cayesh, Maparaju, San Juan, Palcaraju, Ishinca and Ranrapalca. After this we will descend to the beautiful valley of Cojup, where we will stay the night to enjoy the sunset behind the mountains.

3rdday.- Quebrada Cojup – Pitec – Huaraz.

Today we will hike down through the valley of Cojup until its entrance. We will arrive at a pampa, where we will appreciate the beauty of the other valleys. At the end of the trek we will reach the village Llupa, where we started our trekking at the first day. From there we will return by private transport to the city of Huaraz - Hotel. Estimated time of return is about 4.00 pm.

1st day.-Arrival to Lima.

Pick up at the airport “Jorge Chavez” in Lima and transportation to the reserved hotel in Lima. 

2nd day.-Departure from Lima to Huaraz (by bus).

We will travel by bus from Lima to Huaraz, the capital of the district of Ancash (3100m). The transport provided by the company “Cruz del Sur” includes a “bus cama”, an overnight trip with reclined seats. 

Departure time from Lima is at 09:30am. and we will arrive in Huaraz at 19:00pm. Pick up at the bus terminal and transfer to the hotel in Huaraz is included. 

The staff of "Enrique Expedition Tours" and the trekking guide will inform you about the last details of the Cordillera Huayhuash trekking expedition.

3rd day.- Acclimatization trek to Lake 69 (4400m).

We leave Huaraz heading north, at kilometer 55 we arrive at the city of Yungay. From there we drive by taxi to the lakes of Llanganuco. A bit later we arrive at Cebollapampa (3.900m). From that place we start walking for about 4 hours until the Lake 69. The lake offers a beautiful view to the summits of the mountains Huascaran, Chopicalqui, Pisco, Huandoy, Yanapaccha and Chacraraju. We stay at the lake for one hour before we return to Cebollapampa. From there we drive back to Huaraz – Hotel.

(Ascent: + 550m; Duration: 5 – 6 hours Approx.)

4th day.- Acclimation trek to Lake Churup (4450m)

Trekking of 5 to 6 hours. We will leave the city of Huaraz by private bus to Pitec (3850m). First we will pass the colorful villages of Llupa (3650m) outside of Huaraz, where we will have a panoramic view of the southern part of the Cordillera Blanca. Arriving in Pitec we start the hike to the Lake Churup at 4450m. First we enter the valley of Churup, after some hours of walking we will reach the Lake Churup, where we will stay for one hour before we return to our hotel in Huaraz.
We will discuss he last details of our trekking expedition in the Cordillera Blanca after the trekking in the evening.

5th day.- Acclimation trek to Paltay – Honcopampa – Waterfalls of Akilpo (4450m) – Hotel.

Trekking of 5 to 6 hours. Departure is from Huaraz and it takes about 15 minutes by bus to the village of Paltay (3050m), where the trekking route begins. On our way up we will visit small villages with their individual customs and traditions and can enjoy especially the fields of flowers, which are the economic livelihood of the villagers.  After about 4 hours we will reach the highest point (3800m), where you have the view of the Callejon de Huaylas surrounded by the Cordillera blanca and negra (white and black mountain range) with its imposing mountains directly in front of us (Vallunaraju, Urus, Tocllaraju, Vicos and Copa).

One hour and a half further down on our way we will reach the village and archaeological center Honcopampa (3500m) with remains, belonging to the Wari culture (700 -1100 BC). After 30 minutes walk from this place we will reach the Akilpo waterfall, which is the most beautiful gift of nature, surrounded by orchids and quenuales.
We will return to Honcopampa, where we will take the transport to our hotel in Huaraz.

After the trekking in the evening we will get by our guide the last information for our expedition to the Cordillera Blanca.

6th day.- Huaraz – Cashapampa (2900m) – Hualcayán (3140m) – Wishcash (4200m).

After breakfast at 6:30 am we will leave Huaraz by private bus to the picturesque village of Cashapampa, from where we follow the road to the archaeological complex of Hualcayán (3140m). Here our donkey drivers with their donkeys will be waiting for us to transport your equipment. From the archaeological complex of Hualcayán we will ascend the typical zigzag path up to 4200m. There we will have one of the best sunsets in the Cordillera Negra and furthermore also enjoy the view of the northern part of the Cordillera Blanca - located in front of our first camp in Wishcash.

7th day.- Wishcash (4040m) – Osorurish (4600m).

We will leave very early to see the lakes of Yanacocha and Chaquicocha. Afterwards we will arrive at the lake Cullicocha with the impressive Mount Santa Cruz (6259m) in its background. Continuing the way we will reach Osorurish pass (4850m), where we will have a view of Mount Millhuacocha (5480m) and part of the valley of the Cedros. We will have our camp in the Andean Pre - Inca Camp in Osorurish. 

8th day.- Osorurish (4600m) – Jancarurish (4250m).

After crossing the second pass of Cedros (4750m), we will cross the valleys of los Cedros and Alpamayo. We will observe archaeological remains in form of circular, agricultural terraces belonging to the Recuay culture. Furthermore we have a view of the mountains Millhuacocha, Pilanco, Pumapampa etc. We will continue our trek up to Jancarurish, from where you will have a breathtaking view of mount Alpamayo (5947m). With its pyramidal shape he once won the scenic beauty contest, held in Munich, Germany in 1963 and earned the title of the world's most beautiful mountain. 

9th day.- Jancarurish (4250m) – Huillca (4000m).  

Advancing through an almost hidden path full of vegetation, we will hike the third pass of Cara Cara (4830m) and descend the valley of Moyobamba. After the fourth pass of Tayapampa (4500m) we will go down the Tayapampa valley to our camp in Huillca.

10th day.- Huillca (4000m) – Jancapampa. (3400m).

Trekking through the Yanta Queñua valley. We will hike the fifth pass of Yanajanca (4600m) and observe Mount Pucahircas until we arrive at our campsite Jancapampa.

11th day.- Jancapampa. (3400m) – Carhuacasha (3950m).

We will descend through the Pingospampa valley and pass Tupa Tupapass (4400m) until we reach at Carhuacasha camp.

12th day.- Carhuacasha (3950m) – Tucubamba (4300m).
This day we will get a view of Huecracocha lake and Taulliraju glacier. We will pass the top of Pucaraju (4650m) and enjoy a panoramic view of the Cordillera Blanca with Taulliraju, Chacraraju etc. Descent to Tuctubamba camp (4300m).

13thday.- Tucubamba (4300 m) – Taullipampa (4250 m).

This day will reach 4750 meters in the Punta Union pass. From this place we will have a breathtaking view of the mountains Taulliraju, Pucajirca, Rinrijirca, Quitaraju, Santa Cruz, Artezonraju, Paria and Pucaraju, as well as observe the Santa Cruz valley and Morocoha. After walking 2 hours we will arrive at our campsite Taullipampa at 4250m.

14th day.- Taullipampa (4250m) – Arhuaycocha Valley (Mount Alpamayo) – Llamacorral (3760m).

Today we are going to see the east face of mount Alpamayo. Afterwards we will hike down to Santa Cruz valley and pass by the lakes Jatuncocha (3900m) and Icchicocha (3850m) to reach after 1 hour at Llamacorral camp.

15th day.- Llamacorral (3760 m) – Cashapampa (2900 m).

This last day we descend along the narrow Santa Cruz valley, next to a clean river, surrounded by vegetation and impressive mountains. After about 4 hours trekking we will arrive in Cashapampa, where the bus of our company “Enrique Expedition Tours” will be waiting for us and take us back to Huaraz.

 16th day.- Departure from Huaraz to Lima (Bus). 

Transportation from the hotel to the bus terminal "Cruz del Sur" and departure from Huaraz.
The departure time will be determined by your schedule, in the morning or night.
Morning departure: 11:00 am.
Night departure: 10:30 pm.
Pick up at the bus terminal in Lima and transfer to the hotel booked by us.

Once at the hotel, our mountain guide will give you further information about your itinerary and the trek that you will be doing here in the Cordillera Blanca - Cedros Alpamayo – Cashapampa Trek.

1st day: CARAZ - HUALCALLAN (3,140 MSNM) 

From Caraz we go towards Hualcayán, where we visit archaeolocigal ruins (f.e. graves of stone which are called chullpas) of the pre-inca-time. This village is a perfect place for a good aclimatisation and also we can see how the farmers live here.

2nd day: HUALCALLAN - WISHCASH (4,040 MSNM) 

The foothpath follows a zig-zag ascending. The view amoung the hills with its beautiful colors is very impressive. Today we spend the night at Wishcash. That means rabbit in quechua.

3rd day: WISCASH - OSORURISH (4,600 MSNM)

To see the lakes of Yanacocha and Chaquicocha we leave Wishcash very early. A bit later we arrive at the lake of Cullicocha in front of the Santa Cruz-mountain. We continue walking uphill to pass the pass of Osorurish (4,850 msnm), from here we can see the mountain top of Milluacocha (5,480 msnm) and parts of the ravine of Cedros with the pre-inca-place of Osorurish. Camping at Osorurish.

4th day: OSORURISH - JANCARURISH (4,250 MNSM)

After the pass of Alpamayo we descend until the village of Alpamayo, a place where the pre-inca-people lived. After a short break we continue walking along a foothpath to Jancarurish, where we enjoy the view to the summits of Jancarurish (5,601 msnm) and

Alpamayo (5,947 msnm).

5th day: RELAXING DAY

We visit the lake Jancarurish and the base-camp of Quitaraju. For lunch we have pachamanca, a typical andian meal with meat, potatoes and herbs, which is prepared in a whole filled with stones and covered with earth.

6th day: JANCARURISH - HUILLCA (4,000 MSNM)

We walk through the mountain ravine of Alpamayo and cross the pass of Cara Cara (4,850  m.s.n.m). We reach the district of Callejón de Conchudos, where we can enjoy the view to the summits of Tayapampa (5675 m.s.n.m), Pilanco (5,300 m.s.n.m) and Pucajirca Norte (6046 m.s.n.m). We descend to the lakes of Safuna (4,247

msnm) and contiunue walking to the ravine of Tayapampa until we arrive at our camping-site of Huillca.

7th day: HUILLCA - YEGUA CORRAL ( 3,600 MSNM) 

Today we climb up to the pass of Coyota (4,360 msnm) to see the lakes of Grampayoc and Millpo. After that we pass through the valley of Ventanilla (4,250 msnm) to Yeguacorral, here we spend the night. 

8th day: YEGUACORRAL - QUISUAR (3,800 MSNM) 

Early in the morning we walk through the ravine of Jancapampa to Pishgopampa. We ascend to the pass of Tupatupa (4,360 msnm) and see the summit of Taulliraju (5830 msnm). Now we walk through the ravine of Tuctubamba until the camping of Quisuar.

9th day: QUISUAR - WISHCASH (4,200 MSNM

After the breakfast we ascend to Pucaraju (4,640 msnm), where we enjoy the view to the ravine of Huariapampa and the mountain tops of Taulliraju y Pucaraju (5,025 msnm). We spend the night in Wishcash. 

10th day: WISHCASH - TAULLIPAMPA (4,200 MSNM) 

We climb up to the pass of Punta Unión (4750m). From here we enjoy the beautiful view to the ravine of Santa Cruz, the lakes Jatuncocha and Taullicocha and opposite the summits of Taulliraju, Rinrijirca (5,810 msnm), Artesonraju (6,025 msnm) and Paria (5,600 msnm).We camp at Taullipampa at an altitude of 4,200 msnm. From here we can see the summit of Taulliraju (5,830 msnm), Rinrijirca and Artesonraju.

11th day: TAULLIPAMPA - LLAMACORRAL (3,800 MSNM) 

After the breakfast we cross the ravine of Arhuaycocha. From here we can enjoy the view to the Alpamayo (5,947 msnm) and the Quitaraju. In the afternoon we arrive at the lak of Jatuncocha with its beautiful colors of blue and the nice view to the summit of Quitaraju (6,036 msnm. Camping at Llamacorral.

12th day: LLAMACORRAL - CASHAPAMPA (2,900 MSNM) 

The last day we descend at the left site of the Santa Cruz-ravine to Cashapampa. Tansfer to Huaraz.

3rd day: OSORURISH - JANCARURISH (4,250 MNSM) 

After the pass of Alpamayo (4.750m) we descend until the village of Alpamayo, a place where the pre-inca-people lived. After resting for a while we continue walking to Jancarurish, where we can see the mountain tops of Jancarurish (5,601 m.s.n.m) and Alpamayo (5,947 m.s.n.m).

4th day: Relaxing day

7th day: YANACOLLPA - POMABAMBA (2850 m.s.n.m) 

The last part of the foothpath is very beautiful: We pass lots of small farms. We arrive at Pomabamba. Here we take a bath at the hot springs which is perfect for relaxing. The night we spend at a hotel.

8th day: POMABAMBA – HUARAZ

We return to Huaraz by bus: At first we drive through Callejón de Conchudos before we pass the pass of Portachuelo (4,765 m.s.n.m). Then we will pass the lakes of Llanganuco.

Option:  Acclimatization trek to Lake Churup (4450m).

We leave Huaraz by private-bus to the little village Pitek (3.850m). At first we pass through another village, which is called Llupa (3.650m). From here we have a beautiful view to the southern part of the Cordillera Blanca. Our trip to the Churup-Lake (4.450m) we start from Pitek. At first we enter the mountain ravine of Churup. After some hours of walking we reach the Lake Churup. Here we stay for one hour before we return to Huaraz – Hotel.

1st day: Huaraz – Hualcayan – Huiscash.

Breakfast at 6.30 am, private transfer from Huaraz to Hualcayán. Here we visit the archaeolocigal ruins before we start walking to Huiscash. Camping. Enjoying the view to the mountain tops of Milluacocha, Rajucocha. Walking time: about 5 hours.

2nd day: Huiscash - Osoruri .

We leave Huiscashat at 8.00am to Osoruri by passing the lake Cullicocha (4600). We ascend our first pass, Cullicocha (4850), mountain tops of Santa Cruz, Millhuacocha. Walking time about 6 -7 hours.

3rd day: Osoruri - Jancarurish (4250). 

Passing the second pass of our trekking which is called Cedros (4750), we cross the mountain ravine of Cedro and Alpamayo. Now we visit archaeolocigal ruins (circles, agricultura terraces from the culture of Recuay). We see the mountain tops of Millhuacocha, Pilanco, Pumapampa, etc. and continue our way until we reach Jancarurish. From this place we have a phantastic view to the ALPAMAYO (5947), the most beautifulst mountain of the World. Walking time about 6-7 hours.

4th day: Jancarurish (4250) - Huillca (4000). 

We follow a foothpath by passing the third pass of Cara Cara (4830), descending the mountain ravine of Moyobamba, passing the fourth pass of Tayapampa (4500), descending the ravine of Tayapampa to our camping-site of Huillca. Walking-time about 7 – 8 hours.

5th day: Huillca (4000) - Jancapampa. (3400).

Walking through the ravine of Yanta Queñua. We pass the next pass of Yanajanca (4600). We see the summit of Pucahircas. Camping at Jancapampa.

6th day: Jancapampa. (3400) - Carhuacasha (3950). 

We descend the mountaine ravine Pingospampa before we pass the sixth pass of Tupa Tupa (4400). Walking time about 6 - 7 hours.

7th day: Carhuacasha (3950) - Tuctubamba (4300).

Observing the lake Huecracocha, Glaciar of Taulliraju. We pass the seventh pass Pucaraju (4650). Beautiful view to the mountains of the Cordillera Blanca like Taulliraju, Chacraraju Pirámide de Garcilazo, Paria etc. We walk to our camping-site Tuctubamba (4300) Walking-time 6-7 hours.

8th day: Tuctubamba (4300) – Vaquería.

We walk for about 5 hours through the mountain ravine of Paria and Huaripampa. We arrive at the picturesques at the village Vaqueria. From here we return by bus to Huaraz. On our way we pass the pass of Portachuelo de Llanganuco, enjoying the beautiful view to the mountains of Huascarán, Huandoy, Pisco, Chacraraju, etc. End of our service at Huaraz.

1st day.- Huaraz (3090m) – Yungay – Cebollpampa (3900 m) – Laguna 69 – Huaraz.

Pick up at the hotel around 6.00 am and transfer by private transport from Huaraz (3100m) towards the northern part of the “Callejón de Huaylas” (corridor of the Huaylas) to the city of Yungay (2500m) at 55 km. We will follow the route to the eastern side of the Cordillera Blanca up to the upper parts of the valley Llanganuco at 28 km. From the starting point of our trek Cebollapampa (3900m) it takes about 4 hours to climb up to Lake 69. Here we can appreciate a wonderful view of Mount Huascaran, Chopicalqui, Pisco, Huandoy, Yanapaccha and Chacraraju. After about an hour enjoying this beautiful lake we will return by the same way to Cebollapampa, where we will take the bus back to the city of Yungay - Huaraz.

In the evening the trekking guide will give you the last information about the trekking expedition in the Cordillera Blanca – Peru.

2nd day.- Huaraz (3090m) – Olleros – Canrey Chico – Rio Negro – Tasacracancha (4200m).

Pick up at the hotel and transfer by private transport from Huaraz (3100m) towards Olleros, where we will be expected by the donkey driver and his donkeys and llamas to transport our trekking gear. From there we start the trek up along the “Rio Negro” (black river) and through the Uquian valley. On the way we will observe various mountains until we arrive at our camp Tsacracancha at the altitude of (4200m).

3rd day.- Tsacracancha – Yanashallash (4700m) – Camp of Shongopampa. 

After camp Tsacracancha we will head up the trail to the clear pass of horseshoes,after bordering some small lakes we will arrive at pass Yanashayash (4700m). We will camp the second day over the valley Shoncopampa at an altitude of (3800m). 

4thday.- Shongopampa – Chichucancha – Chavín de Huántar – Huaraz. 

We will hike from the valley Shoncopampa, passing through some villages until we will reach a clear and short climb up. From there we will observe the archaeological complex of “Chavin de Huantar”. We have just to follow the path to reach the settlements of the same name. This last day is more downhill and a short one. We will meet settlers who will welcome us. We will arrive in Chavin before noon, so we will have enough time to visit the citadel for about three hours. Around 2 pm we will take the bus towards the city of Huaraz and arrive at 5 pm at the hostel in Huaraz.

1st day.- Huaraz – Marcara (2750 m) – Portachuelo Honda (4750 m) – Juitush (4200 m) 

We will leave the city of Huaraz towards Marcará, where we will turn to the eastern side of the Cordillera Blanca. We will pass the rural community of Vicos and we arrive at the detour of the Portachuelo Honda Pass, where we will be expected by our donkey drivers and donkeys to carry all the necessary equipment for the trekking. This scenic and enjoyable trekking trail has its starting point at the wide valley of Honda. The route goes to the top to the steep pass of Portachuelo Honda. After the pass we will hike downwards to the place, where we will camp – Juitush, which is located in a green prairie.

2nd day.- Juitush (4200 m) – Chacas (3360 m).

We will leave the camp and walk alongside the water of this calm river and go up through the Juitush valley. Then we will descend to the village of Chacas.
Chacas is a village in the department of Ancash – a common village, one of many others in our mountain range – with white houses, wooden balconies and stone streets, where you can see large school-workshops of carpentry, woodwork and sculptures. They are directed by the Italians in the Mato Grosso community. The influence we will notice, when we will visit their beautiful main square. 3rdday.- Chacas (3360 m) – Sapchaa (3600 m).

In the morning after our breakfast we will head to the small village of Sapchaa. On this trek we will see plenty of flora existing in this part - Camp.

4th day.- Sapchaa (3600 m) – Yanama (3400 m).

Leaving Sapchaa we will hike up to Pupash (4050 m), where we will observe Mount Cajavilca (5419 m) and Camchas (5204 m). Then we will go down to Yanama, where we will stay the night.

5th day.- Yanama (3400 m) – Avalanca (4500 m).

We will leave our camp and go up to the camp called Avalanca. Today we will see the beautiful mountain Contrahierbas (6036 m) - Camp.

6th day.- Avalanca (4500 m) – Pass of Yanayacu (4830 m) – Quebrada Ulta (4000 m) – Huaraz.

This day we will go over the pass of Punta Yanayacu, where we will have a beautiful view of the mountains Cajavilca, Ulta, Hualcan and Contrahierbas. We will descend by the valley of Ulta until we reach the place called “crossing of Chacas”. There we will be expected by the bus of our company "Enrique Expedition Tours" to take us back to Carhuaz and Huaraz – Hotel.

Here we will leave the car and will appreciate the mountain range of the Cordillera Blanca – Huascaran, Huandoy, Chopicalqui, Pisco and Chacraraju – and the two lakes called Chinancocha and Orconcocha. From there we will start our trek: At kilometer 42 we will descend towards lake Yanapancha and then head up to lake 69 (4400m), where we will set up our camp for the night.

2ndday.-  Lake 69 – Cebollapampa (3850m) – Lake of Llanganuco – Huaraz – Hotel.

After having a breakfast with the view of lake 69, which is located on the foot of Mount Chacraraju, we will descend the Llanganuco valley towards Cebollapampa camp and continue our trek to visit the two lakes of Llanganuco (Orconcocha, Chinancocha). From there we will take the private transport that drives us back to Huaraz - Hotel.
